My name is Aydin Bari, and I am the face of Aydin's Cookies LLC located in Cincinnati, Ohio. This story begins with a cookie in 8th grade. Yes, you read that right. 8th grade! After testing out an initial recipe and receiving feedback, I spent over 4 months conducting research and trials to perfect the recipe and make it original, resulting in the perfect Brown Butter Toffee Chocolate Cookie. Or as my supporters like to call it, "The Original Cookie". 

After perfecting my recipe, I decided to sign up for my first in-person event during Ramadan of my 8th grade year which took place at ICGC. There, I received so much support from you all and sold out of 24 dozen cookies in 1.5 hours and went 10 dozen cookies into backorder. But with time, that 24 dozen became over 71 dozen cookies sold out at my latest ICGC Ramadan bazaar. Without the support all of you guys have given me at ICGC's bazaars, I could never be where I am now.

Now, as I power through the challenges that 11th grade has to offer, I continue to offer catering services to parties and events, partnerships with cafes and restaurants, and small one-cookie orders to satisfy any sweet tooth or craving. I truly appreciate the support all of my supporters have given me.
